Thanksgiving Dinner for LIVING IS GIVING

On Thanksgiving Day (24/11/2016), a  community Gala Dinner will be held at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa in aid of Living Is Giving Charity. The event hopes to bring together the Nha Trang community of locals, expats, companies and individuals for a gourmet Thanksgiving Dinner, finished with an auction and raffle of incredible prizes from the sponsoring companies.

We previously covered the amazing work of Klaudea Garces at Living is Giving Charity, which provides sustainability projects and resources for the and poorest people of Khanh Hoa Province.

Her next project is arguably the charity’s biggest and most audacious to date. By the end of year, Living is Giving will install 17 water wells in 2 remote mountain villages at Phan Rang and Khanh Vinh  to provide clean and ready access to drinking water for the entire community. In addition, as part of “The Disabled Children of Khanh Hoa Project”, it will be giving beds and wheelchairs to families who have disabled children along with food and provisions to other members of the community. The estimated cost of providing this is 300 million vnd (13,500USD) and the gala dinner aims to raise the entire amount in 1 evening through ticket sales and the auction. A huge draw will finish the evening with many great free prizes on offer!
