Visit Nha Trang, supported by Discover Nha Trang and LIVINcollective, is excited to announce the first annual photo contest aimed at showcasing Nha Trang as the amazing, diverse destination that it is.

Visit Nha Trang is a destination marketing organization that is comprised of international and local businesses throughout Nha Trang. Its goal is to showcase the city to the rest of the world. Photographers of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels are invited to enter the 1st Annual – Love the Life: Photo Contest. This contest is organized to support local photographers, and promote our beautiful city as a tourist destination.  All photos must have been taken within the Khanh Hoa province from now the 1^st to the 30^th November.

The judges are looking to award the best single images from across the 5 diverse categories, there will also be one grand prize for best overall image.

Winners from the Categories SEE and RELAX have already been chosen, so the 3 categories BELOW are still open for submissions until November 30th

• Submit your photos by email to [email protected] or hand them into LIVINcollective (77 Bach Dang Street) by 14th November 2016.

RULES

• • Love the Life: Photo Contest rewards the best single images in the 5 categories. Photographers should consider the category description when entering their work. Judges are looking for good composition and creativity. Cropping and color correction are allowed
  • Images must have been taken from today (1st November 2016) up until 14th November 2016.
  • Photos from the competition CATEGORY – “SEE” can have been taken anytime within 2016- we are wanting the best possible photos and realize this might not be possible at this time of year.  Photos must not have been used previously for commercial purposes.
  • All images need to be taken within the Khanh Hoa Province.
  • Images should be no smaller than 1MB and no larger than 5MB. Images should be either JPEG or TIFF files. All images must be saved in the RGB color model. All entrants must be able to supply if shortlisted a high-resolution image suitable for printing (at least 8 megapixels, 300 dpi) for the exhibitions.
  • Entries will be judged between the 15^th November 2016 and 17^th November 2016.
  • A shortlist will be made of up to three photographers from each category.  The individual category winners, and the winner will be announced during the Ceremony on 19^th November 2016 at LIVINCollective.
  • The decision of the judges is final and no negotiation will be entered into with respect to any such decision.
  • Each entrant can submit up to three images in each category.  Judging will be based on the single image and not a series of images.  A total of 15 images per photographer.
  • Visit Nha Trang and Discover Nha Trang retains the rights to re-publish all the entries for marketing purposes with credit provided to the photographers.

  This competition will allow photographers a platform to showcase their work.  Visit Nha Trang and Discover Nha Trang will print the photos in their upcoming magazines.  Visit Nha Trang has enabled local photographers the opportunity to be printed in magazines and billboards- let this be your opportunity to follow your dream!  The shortlisted pictures will also be exhibited in Visit Nha Trang hotels; 70% of all proceeds will go to the photographer and 25% to the local community.

In addition to the main prizes, all winning and shortlisted photographers will take part in the Photo Exhibition at LIVINCollective where they can sell their works and get 70% of the sale price with 25% proceeds going to Visit Nha Trang community initiatives and 5% of the proceeds to the house.

Visit Nha Trang là một tổ chức bao gồm các tổ chức, doanh nghiệp trong nước và quốc tế với mong muốn giới thiệu Nha Trang đến bạn bè trên thế giới. Visit Nha Trang rất vinh dự được tổ chức cuộc thi ảnh đầu tiên dành cho các nhiếp ảnh gia tại địa phương với mong muốn sẽ tạo nền tảng giới thiệu các nhiếp ảnh gia và hình ảnh về Nha Trang đến thế giới.

Visit Nha Trang – với sự đồng hành của tạp chí Discover Nha Trang và LIVINCollective vinh dự được tổ chức cuộc thi ảnh “Tình Yêu Cuộc Sống – Love The Life” thường niên lần đầu tiên tại Nha Trang với mục tiêu giới thiệu những hình ảnh đẹp về Nha Trang đến thế giới. Bên cạnh đó, cuộc thi ảnh “Tình Yêu Cuộc Sống – Love The Life” với mong muốn đồng hành và hỗ trợ niềm đam mê nhiếp ảnh của các nhiếp ảnh gia đang sinh sống và làm việc tại Nha Trang.

Cuộc thi “Tình Yêu Cuộc Sống – Love The Life” sẽ mang đến cho các nhiếp ảnh gia tại Nha Trang cơ hội lớn để giới thiệu vẻ đẹp của Nha Trang đến mọi người thông qua các tạp chí du lịch – website giới thiệu về Nha Trang đến thế giới .v.v., cũng như góp phần thúc đẩy Nha Trang trở thành điểm đến du lịch đẹp hơn trong mắt mọi người.

• Chủ đề 4: THƯ GIÃN Ở NHA TRANG (Nghỉ ngơi | Spa | Thư giãn)
• Chủ đề 5: cham dứt

3.2. Thể lệ

• Ảnh tham gia cuộc thi phải được chụp tại Nha Trang – Khánh Hòa.
• Ảnh của chủ đề 5: THẤY GÌ Ở NHA TRANG được chụp trong năm 2016.
• Ảnh của chủ đề 1 2 3 và 4: được chụp trong thời gian diễn ra cuộc thi (1/11/2016 – 11/11/2016)
• Mỗi thí sinh được nộp tối đa 3 ảnh/mỗi chủ đề.
• Ảnh dự thi được phép có sự điều chỉnh về màu sắc cũng như kích thước để thể hiện rõ hơn ý đồ nghệ thuật và sự tự do sáng tạo của tác giả.
• Ảnh dự thi không được cắt ghép làm thay đổi nội dung của ảnh.
• Ảnh dự thi là ảnh được lưu trong hệ màu RGB, dưới dạng JPEG. Kích thước tập tin không nhở hơn 3MB và không vượt quá 6MB. Tất cả thí sinh đều phải có khả năng cung cấp hình ảnh với độ phân giải phù hợp cho việc in ấn phục phụ cho triển lãm khi được yêu cầu (Ít nhất 8 megapixel, 300 dpi).

• Sự đánh giá của hội đồng giám khảo là quyết định cuối cùng của cuộc thi.

• Discover Nha Trang và Visit Nha Trang sẽ được phép tái bản và sử dụng các hình ảnh dự thi vào các mục đích quảng bá du lịch.

3.3. Cơ cấu giải thưởng

GIẢI ĐẶC BIỆT:

• 1 đêm dành cho 2 người tại 1 trong những hệ thống khách sạn của Visit Nha Trang
• 2 – 5 tiếng spa ở Pure Vietnam Beauty and Spa
• Phần ăn sáng cho 2 người tại Intercontinental Nha Trang
• Suất chơi golf tại Vinpearl Golf Nha Trang
• Xuất hiện trên trang chủ của Visit Nha Trang.

Mỗi chủ đề sẽ chọn ra 3 ảnh xuất sắc nhất để tham gia chấm giải, mỗi chủ đề sẽ chọn 1 ảnh xuất sắc nhất. 15 ảnh cho 5 chủ đề sẽ được triển lãm ở hệ thống nhà hàng/khách sạn của Visit Nha Trang. Tại đây, các nhiếp ảnh gia có thể trưng bày và bán các tác phẩm của mình. Các nhiếp ảnh gia sẽ thu được 70% số tiền mỗi bức ảnh bán được, 20% sẽ được góp vào quỹ NTDMO và 5% sẽ được dùng chi trả cho đơn vị tổ chức sự kiện.
